Stop Loans Sharks
Loan Sharks are illegal money lenders who often charge very high interest rates.
If someone has borrowed money from one, or to check if a company is authorised to lend money, a report can be made anonymously by contacting the Illegal Money Lending Team.

The National Debtline provides online and telephone advice and information for individuals experiencing debt and financial difficulties. 40+ factsheets are available online, along with budgeting tools and sample letters.
